Making a purchase / confirmation of purchase
Any purchases made by you will be confirmed by phone or e-mail, according to the data filled in the order form.
Delivery time
We make every effort to deliver your ordered product as soon as possible. Regular time shipment of products available is 24 hours.
Other items are shipped within 48 hours, or other agreed and approved by the Customer.
The working day is any day except Saturdays, Sundays and all holidays.
In special cases, the time of delivery of goods is agreed individually with the Customer.
Gruby Projekt is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the fault of the Polish Post Office or UPS courier service.
Delivery:
Product delivery is achieved through a professional courier company UPS. Each shipment is insured. Shipments delivered to the address filled in the order form or otherwise specified by the Customer.
Bicycles above the 699pln Kross are provided free of charge. for Polish market only.
With free shipping excluded m.in: cycling accessories, cycling clothing, children's bicycles, bicycle parts, selected campaigns.
Distribution
All our products are original and come from legal sources. Given on page prices are to be paid and the customer does not incur any additional costs.

Returns and Complaints
